Perry senior Samuel Ford (center) in the 400m at the East Valley Qualifier at Queen Creek High School this past weekend. Ford won the race in 47.90, which was the second-fastest time in the tenth week of the outdoor track and field season. He also won the 200m in a wind-aided 21.62, which led all athletes.
