Blue Ridge senior Steven Halls in the 1600m at the East Valley Qualifier at Queen Creek High School this past weekend. Entering the AIA Division IV State Championships this week, Halls is No. 1 in the 1600m at 4:22.91. Halls is also No. 2 in the 800m (1:58.67).
