South Mountain senior Brian Fair Jr. in the Division I 800m at the 2022 AIA State Track & Field Championships at Mesa Community College in Mesa. Fair Jr. came on late in the season in a big way by running 1:50.12 the week prior to the state meet, which broke Bernie Montoya's record from 2013.
