Cienega senior Shawn Frank in the 3200m at the Southern Arizona Championships in Tucson at Marana Mountain View High School. Frank came in first place, winning in a new personal best time of 9:32.93. That time led the entire state during the ninth weekend of the outdoor and track and field season.
