Highland junior Crewe Resendez, then a sophomore, at the 2021 AIA State Cross Country Championships at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Resendez ran 15:33.00 at last year's AIA Rose Mofford Sectionals, making him the fastest returning junior over 5,000 meters for the 2022 cross country season.
