Valley Vista senior Blaise Nelson in the 200m at the Hohokam Invitational in Mesa at Westwood High this past weekend. Nelson won the 200m in 21.56w, which led the state in the eighth week of the outdoor track and field season. The 200m win came after Nelson established a new state lead in the 100m at 10.49 (+1.0) earlier in the meet.
