LAST CHANCE TRACK INVITATIONAL

 

Date: Wed, April 26, 2023

Coaches Meeting at 7:45

Field Events start at 8 am

Running Events start at 11 am

Medals for the first 4 places - Team Champion and Runner-up Plaques.



Entry fee $350 for boys and girls teams together, $175 for either a boys or girls team, or $25 per athlete with 10 or fewer athletes. Make checks out to Snowflake HS Athletics and mail to 682 School Bus Lane - Snowflake, AZ  85937
You may enter four (4) athletes per event.
No Prelims - Heats will be arranged from slow to fast.
Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, Triple Jump and Javelin will have 3 throws/ Jumps then top 9 to finals for 3 more throws/ jumps.
Long jump and Triple Jump-will be broken down into flights
F.A.T.
There will be hog lines as this is a last chance meet to qualify for state and we have many participants. They will get one mark, and then only marks past the hog line will be measured.
Hog lines for girls shot put: 25', Boys shot put: 35', Girls Disc: 60', Boys Disc: 80', Girls Javelin: 60', Boys Javelin: 80', Girls LJ: 14', Boys LJ 17', Girls TJ: 30', Boys TJ: 38', Girls HJ: 4'2, Boys HJ: 5'0
1/4" spikes only.
3-turn stagger on 4 x 400 relay.
Entries must be made on MileSplitby Midnight on Monday, April 24th.

TRIBUTE TO SENIORS

Since this is the last meet of the season, we would like to pay tribute to the seniors. If you can supply us with the names of those seniors who will be participating in the meet we will read their names and let all the seniors walk a final lap together. You can bring the list of names with you to the coaches' meeting, however, please make sure it is legible and complete. We don't want to miss anyone. We would encourage you to stay to the end of the meet so we can recognize your senior athletes.
