Entries:

Each school will be allowed three (3) entries per individual event and one (1) relay team in each relay event.  Entries are to be done on milesplit ...  also make sure on the calendar for this meet on Milesplit.

Please have your names spelled correctly on Milesplit Deadline is 4/21/20 at 8:00pm.  This will be a State Qualifying Meet.  Thank you.

We will be working under a rolling schedule and timed finals.

Team Awards.

 

 

Field events start at 10:00am  Javelin @ 9:00am

Pole vault Girls followed by Boys (starting heights will be 6'5" for girls and 8'5" for boys)

High jump Boys followed by Girls (starting height will be 5'3" for boys and  for 4'3" girls)

Long jump (two long jump pits will be open at the same time)

Triple jump to follow completion of LJ

9am start---  Javelin (upper field boys and girls at 2 designated grass runways) same time.

Shot put 10:00am (girls followed by boys) after Javelin has finished

Discus 10:00am (boys followed by girls) after Javelin has finished

Top 8 make it to finals for an additional 3 throws or jumps

 

Track athletes must check in with the clerk of the course in the bull pen west end of the field.

Warm up area is limited and we are working on a specific area.  Please advise coaches and parents to stay off the infield. Until then the east side of field will be available.

Shade tents and umbrellas limited to top rows of stands on north side as we reserve for spectators.   Teams may set up camps on south stands and or behind south stands, also in tennis courts.

 

Entrance for spectators:

Spectators rule continues to change.  AS of 4/1 there is no spectators only coaches and volunteers.   if your team has helpers or volunteers i will need a list of thier names.

If it changes again to allowed this will be the following:

Entrance will be on the west side and gates open up at 8:30am. 

Please reach out to coaches as meet gets closer to find out which way the district is going to allow.

 

 

Payment:

Entry fee for both Girls and Boys teams is $350.00 ($175.00 single team)

Checks payable to: Bradshaw Mountain Track and Field and mailed to Bradshaw Mountain at 6000 Long Look, Prescott Valley, AZ.  86314 Attn: Coach Shaver

 

Awards:

Medals will be awarded top 3 finishers in each event for each girls and boys.

Trophies will be awarded to winning team and runner up in both girls and boys.

 

 

Concessions are not available due to covid19.  Please bring water and snacks and throw trash away in provided containers. 

 

 

Coaches Hospitality room will be located in the building southeast of the track.  Where we will also have coaches meeting.
