Important information about parking - Buses will need to drop and park at off sight locations if they are staying. Please enter at the light and they will have you exit on the west side by the LDS church. They will be given directions on where to park. At 5 pm we will line the buses up again entering from the east exiting from the west. Parking for spectators is limited early in the day but as the day goes on more parking will become available due to school dismissing and students leaving.
The cost of the meet is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Tickets need to be purchased on gofan.co

We will have lunch for the coaches, you will receive tickets at the coaches meeting.
We have updated the flier with correct times for the field events. Boys will go first followed by the girls.

Team camps will be on the soccer fields west of the stadium. You may also be in the bleachers on the eastside of the track. The entire east side can be used for team camps. You may not have team camps in the main bleachers or at the north and south ends of the track. If you choose to set up camp on the east side make sure and bring tarps because it is dirt.
There will only be one entry site to come on to the track and infield. This entry site is located at the south of the stadium. Please let your athletes know. There will be no jumping over the fence to get to the long and triple jump area. The only coaches that will be allowed on the field will be high jump and triple/long jump coaches. Athletes will only be allowed on the field when they have been called to check in for their event.

4 entries are allowed. Yes you read this right you are now allowed to put in 4 entries. Also if payment or a PO is not received by tomorrow you will assessed a $100 late fee. Please get that taken care of.

It is a little over a week til our meet. We ask that you send your payment or PO as soon as possible no one wants to pay a late fee. Our entry deadline has changed. Entries can be put in Wednesday March 1st up til midnight. Remember that we have school on this day. We will send out information about buses and parking soon.

Dear Track Coaches,
Welcome and thank you for participating in the 2023 Saunders Montague Desert Classic Track and Field Invitational on Friday March 3, 2023. We will be attaching the meet flier shortly. Please read through the information carefully and contact me if you have any questions. Please enter your athletes best mark to date this year. This meet will be a state qualifying meet.

Coaches Hospitality room
The hospitality room will be open for coaches from 1- 3pm for Lunch. Each coach will receive a ticket for the hospitality room.

Entries will be entered into Milesplit.
Team cost will be $200 for each boys and girls team or $400 for the school. Please make checks payable to QUEEN CREEK ATHLETIC BOOSTERS and mail to PO Box 268, QUEEN CREEK AZ 85142. PLEASE do not make checks out to Queen Creek High School.A late fee of $100 will be assessed if PO or check have not been received by March 1st 2023.
